ˇůSUMOsp 2.0 Online Prediction

To use SUMOsp 2.0 in your web browser, you should install Sun Microsystems Java Runtime Environment (JRE). To get the latest version of the JRE, please visit the http://java.com page, and choose the proper JRE package based on your operating system and browser. For convenience, you can also download the JRE packages from our website.

 

SUMOsp 2.0 Applet will appear below in a Java 1.4 or later enabled web browser.



All the spaces, line breaks  will be automatically removed. You could input one primary sequence or multiple proteins' sequences in FASTA format !
